Visit to the AGRIS experimental farm where UNISS develop TECHeese activities.

The UCLM (University of Castilla-La Mancha) shows a cheese with saffron spice and the progress of European project TECHeese in QUESAB 2011. The event promoted by the government of the region, to be held on 24, 25 and 26 March at the Institución Ferial de Albacete (IFAB). The main objective of this fair is to increase the presence of Manchego cheese in the international market by creating new business and opening new lines between companies of dairy sector.

The Annual meeting was held at the University of Sassari on 26-27th November. Mr Antonello Cannas, Professor at the Sassari University and responsible of the team of UNISS RTD welcomed to the gathering. The Meeting which began in zootecnich department of these University, focused on the progress made after one year with the X-ray inspection system. In this workshop image of the prototypes for the x-ray system was showed and the different parts of the mechanism was explained.

Recently, the second technical meeting of TECHeese project was held in the city of Hvalsoe, Denmark on August 24th. Between participants were members of InnospeXion Apps, Ropam, Transylvania University, Sassari University and the UCLM both as project coordinator as RTD party.
