The UCLM (University of Castilla-La Mancha) shows a cheese with saffron spice and the progress of European project TECHeese in QUESAB 2011. The event promoted by the government of the region, to be held on 24, 25 and 26 March at the Institución Ferial de Albacete (IFAB). The main objective of this fair is to increase the presence of Manchego cheese in the international market by creating new business and opening new lines between companies of dairy sector (see TECHeese brochure for this event).
