Again, TECHeese appears in media. In September 2010, the special supplement "Italy for Export" from the international magazine GDOWEEK, reveals the innovative nature of the project to their readers. The article highlights the involvement of the Consortium for the Protection of Fiore Sardo cheese (the Sardinian version of pecorino) as part of the European project. Also shows the nature of the research, its organization and objectives for improving the quality of cheese from raw ewe's milk.
