The project TECHeese star the BETELGEUX Food Safety Conference in cheese and meat industry.

D. Roberto Gallego Agrama representing and Ms. Isabel Berruga the project coordinator by UCLM, have organized this conference on June 14th in collaboration with the company Betelgeux, where they presented some TECHeese project progress and have demonstrated the importance of research and innovation as tools for developing and improving the competitiveness of the cheese.
