In the bulletin of newspaper La Verdad in 3th June, an article about to livestock and agricultural exploitation stands out positively the work of the research performed in this project. This issue also highlights the use of 7 aromatic plants to improve sheep cheese. These plants have a high acceptance in terms of palatability for sheep diet.
Finally, Mr Julian Illán, General Manager of La Dehesa de los Llanos State, underlined the importance of direct applications for farming, industry and agricultural production, which are implicit in the project.
