The conference started with the presentation of Prof. Cannas who described the objectives of the project and the main results regarding zootechnic issues.

After that, Prof. Delcaro and Urgeghe presented the main results regarding the positive effects of the aromatic plants on cheese quality and sensorial aspects.

Finally, Dr. Cannas told about the effect of the use of aromatic plants in the milk quality, and the potential applications of the findings in microbial milk quality.
